Dry construction

On-site supply of all types of materials for the creation of suspended ceilings, plasterboard walls, raised floors. The supply and installation activities of suspended ceilings, plasterboard walls and raised floors concern the creation of interior architectural elements that offer functional and aesthetic advantages in commercial, industrial and residential environments. These components are widely used to improve the appearance of interior spaces, create divisions, and offer practical solutions for the organization of facilities.

Supply of materials: The first phase of activities involves the selection and supply of materials required for the construction of suspended ceilings, plasterboard walls and raised floors. For suspended ceilings and gypsum board walls, gypsum board panels, metal beams and fasteners are used, while for raised floors, modular panels on support structures are used.

Planning and design: Before proceeding with installation, careful planning is essential, including designing the solutions, defining the dimensions, heights, and materials to be used. The design takes into account the functional and aesthetic requirements of the environments in which the components will be built.

Site preparation: Before work begins, the site must be properly prepared. This may include cleaning the area, preparing support surfaces, and removing any pre-existing elements.

Installation of suspended ceilings: Installation of the suspended ceilings involves fixing the metal beams from which the plasterboard panels will be suspended. This step requires precision to ensure that the suspended ceilings are perfectly aligned, level and stable.

Construction of plasterboard walls: Plasterboard walls are created by placing plasterboard panels on a support structure. This structure makes it possible to create interior walls or partitions, providing the flexibility to configure interior spaces efficiently.

Raised Floors: The installation of raised floors involves creating a support structure raised from the original floor, on which modular panels are laid. Raised floors allow cables, plumbing and other systems to be concealed beneath them, making them easy to access for future maintenance.

Finishing and finishing: Once the installations are completed, finishing and finishing is done to ensure an aesthetic and functional result. This may include plastering and painting of suspended ceilings and plasterboard walls, as well as covering raised floors.

Sound and thermal insulation: Insulating materials can be incorporated into suspended ceilings and plasterboard walls to improve energy efficiency and reduce noise propagation between rooms.
